Charity Concert Raises Over £23,000 for Save the Children UK: Supporting “We Have One World” Initiative

As a trustee of We Have One World, Sumina recently played a leading role in organizing a charity concert and auction in London, raising over £23,000 for Save the Children UK. The sold-out event brought together an intergenerational roster of performers and supporters, uniting young musicians, acclaimed soloists, and philanthropic brands in support of global humanitarian aid.

The concert was co-hosted by Sumina and fellow trustee Miles Contreras-Brown, and took place in collaboration with Prelude Education. Notably supported by luxury and music industry partners including Bulgari, GEWA Strings, Aspinal of London, Maison Ava, Safiyaa, and Florian Leonhard Fine Violins, the evening featured both live performances and a silent auction with exclusive prizes.

In addition to her behind-the-scenes work, Sumina also performed alongside emerging musicians, embodying the evening’s ethos of collaboration and intergenerational mentorship. Her involvement reflects her deep commitment to using classical music as a tool for social impact, youth empowerment, and humanitarian advocacy.
